Turn the Work of the Honey Bee Hive Into real & useful Products. Honeybees produce far more than honey. In this MakeNTake workshop series, you will:

• Learn how to harvest raw materials directly from the hive
• Learn traditional processing methods
• Understand practical uses & benefits
• Make your own high-value natural hive products
• Leave with finished products every class

Each month focuses on one product of the hive and teaches the exact process used by beekeepers and herbalists.

Why Learn Products of the Hive?

Honeybees produce six major medicinal materials:

• Honey
• Beeswax
• Propolis
• Pollen
• Bee Bread
• Royal Jelly

This series focuses on the most practical, accessible hive products that can be turned into:

• natural skincare
• herbal medicine
• candles
• functional foods

These skills are used by beekeepers, herbalists, homesteaders, and small farm businesses.

What Makes These Workshops Different?

Real beekeeping context => Workshops happen at a working apiary where materials come from the hive. Not strictly lecture based => You will measure, melt, mix, pour, and create the products yourself. Farm-grown ingredients => Many herbs used in the class come from the farm or local growers.

For this in-person workshop, supplies for make & take will be included.

• Please BRING one (1) 1/2 pint and one (1) 1/4 pint mason jars to class to take home your creations
• Each session Includes:

• Ingredients needed to make focus product/s, so you can take your creations home.
• List of Ingredients & Tools used in Class
