Garlic Chives (Allium tuberosum) Similar in most ways to regular chives but evinces a delicate garlic flavor. Makes for a great addition to salads and a delicious addition to most dishes. Nelly Chives (Allium schoenoprasum) Similar to standard with a bluish-green fine leaf shaft. Use leaves or flowers to dress up soups and salads with a slightly spicy garnish. Also works well for freezing and drying. In order to maintain the highest quality for our customers and better serve our local market, we do not ship herbs. This is why we have set up a system that allows you to pre-order your herbs to receive them the very same day that they are harvested. Online pre-orders may take up to 7 days for pick up and/or delivery.
